Everything was as expected in the price range. The personal were very friendly, helpful and capable.Our pickup to and from the airport was on time. The rooms where in good condition, and the location was very good in the town center.

Dal Vostro Hotel on Hanoi. I stayed at hotel for five days. Great location, on a side street with little traffic, three minute walk to Hoam Kiem Lake. Extremely quiet at night. The hotel staff are wonderful, help with anything, always happy to help.

Amazing hotel, luxurious rooms, special mention to Dal Vostro suite has a private Jacuzzi overlooking the Hanoi skyline, friendly staff, decent breakfast spread, walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake and beer street

Great staff! Helped me contact the airline when my luggage was missing on arrival. Also found an excellent and fairly priced food tour of the neighborhood. Location is on a quiet side street in the heart of Old Quarter. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained
